Import transactions in our country are more complex than Import transactions and are a set of activities that concern many legislations. In this respect, it is necessary to take action by always considering this integrity. Otherwise, failure to fulfill one of the process steps or fulfilling them incomplete/faulty may create cumulative problems on the result. In the following, the legislation related to imports is shown in the work flow in a system integrity, and then, focusing on customs procedures, detailed explanations are presented on the "entry to free circulation" regime, which is used extensively in practice in this context.
